Self Protection Level 1 (SP1)


This is where it all starts, we try to build an aggressive flinch response of striking and positional escapes through clinch fighting and basic ground combatives.


Level one requires a pad holder and a compliant training partner so you start to learn to escape from bad positions.


Training SP1, twice a week should get you through level 1 in about 8 months.

Self Protection Level 2 (SP2)


This is where we start to ramp things up. To learn how to defend yourself, you must train with resistive partners. But we do this in a controlled manner so you learn the basics of sparring (Muay Thai Kickboxing) and positional grappling.


This is also where you start learning unarmed defenses against knives, guns and blunt weapons (aka disarms).


Training SP2, twice a week should get you through level 2 in about 8 months.


*Note - We do have stand alone Muay Thai kickboxing classes for those that solely want to work on their striking skills.

Self Protection Level 3 (PS3)


This is all about offensive weapons and trauma care. We show you how to utilize firearms and knives in close quarters to improve your survival. We teach trauma care because knowing how to patch up yourself or your loved ones may literally be the difference between life and death.


This is also where we start running you through force on force scenarios with padded roll players.


Our SP3 class is only once per month but it is 2 hours long.


By this time, you should be using your other training days to hone your striking in Muay Thai class and improve your grappling in either Judo, BJJ or No-Gi classes.
